Job Description:
- Handle full sets of accounts
- Perform timely month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and provisions.
- Prepare monthly management reports such as Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
- Ensure accurate GST submissions and compliance with IRAS and ACRA regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare supporting schedules for audit purposes.
- Monitor daily cash flow positions and manage corporate bank accounts.
- Serve as the main liaison with banks on operational matters, account documentation, opening/closing of accounts and renewal of banking facilities.
- Support foreign exchange transactions and assist in managing financial risks such as currency and interest rate exposure.
- Prepare cash flow reports and bank reconciliations accurately and promptly.
- Maintain proper records within banking portals and ensure adherence to internal control procedures.
- Provide backup support to the non-trade accounts payable function when required.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience handling full sets of accounts.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP B1 and exposure to treasury functions will be advantageous.
