Salary Package: Up to $3000/month
Working Days: 6 days
- Mon to Sat - 8am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and allocating work to warehouse staff
- Managing inventory accuracy, stock counts and stock discrepancies
- Overseeing receiving, storage and dispatch activities
- Using WMS to track stock movements and inventory
- Ensuring proper handling and storage of food, chilled and frozen products
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, workplace safety and company SOPs
- Monitoring warehouse equipment, space utilisation and housekeeping
- Coordinating with Production, Procurement, Business Development and Logistics
- Preparing warehouse reports and monitoring KPIs
- Handling operational issues and supporting continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, food distribution or cold-chain environments sector.
- Hands-on and comfortable working on the warehouse floor
- Experienced in team supervision and inventory management
- Familiar with WMSComfortable working in chiller/freezer environments
- Able to perform manual handling when required
- Good at problem-solving, coordination and managing operational priorities
