💰 Salary & Benefits
- Basic: $2,800 (5 days, 44 hours), Shift work
- Performance Incentive: Up to $400/month
- Monthly Profit Incentive based on outlet performance

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve signature tea beverages according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain beverage quality, cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock receiving, inventory and storage.
- Support daily outlet operations and teamwork.
- Maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
Requirements
- Passionate about tea and customer service.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- F&B or Tea Barista experience is an advantage, but not required — training provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
