Internship Duration: 3–6 months
Working Schedule: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
Language: English & Chinese/Mandarin
Experience Level: Entry Level / Fresh Grads / Students (Training Provided)
We are looking for a positive, energetic, creative and bilingual intern to join our team & who is comfortable multitasking & is willing to learn.
This is a hands-on role in a creative studio environment covering studio operations, customer communication, social media, events, content and administrative coordination.
What You'll Do
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations
- Communicate with customers in English and Chinese, including spoken communication and written social media messages
- Reply to customer enquiries and support customer service
- Assist with social media content creation and basic photo/video editing & posting
- Help organise workshops, events and studio activities
- Assist with administrative work and studio coordination
- Support event setup and operations when required
- Brainstorm and contribute new ideas for content, events and studio activities
- Work from the studio, cafés or event venues when required
- Take on different tasks as required in a fast-paced creative environment
Working Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be available to work 6 days per week
- Be comfortable working on weekends and Public Holidays when required
- Be able to respond to short-notice work requirements when reasonably required
- Be able to multitask and manage different responsibilities
Candidates must be able to communicate in both English and Chinese/Mandarin.
Prior experience is welcome but not required. Training will be provided.
However, candidates who can self-lead, identify opportunities, brainstorm ideas and proactively suggest improvements will be given priority.
The internship is designed for candidates who want to gain practical experience in a real creative business.
