🥐Full-Time Baker (Central Kitchen) 🥐
📍 Location: Tai Seng
🗓️ Working Days: 6 days/week
⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (NIGHT SHIFT)
💰 Retention Bonus $500*

Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Baking
*Prepare and produce buns and other bakery products according to standard recipes
*Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
*Mix, knead, proof, shape and bake products according to specifications
*Monitor dough condition, proofing time, oven temperature and baking time
*Carry out batch production according to daily production plans and outlet requirements.

2. Central Kitchen Production
*Follow daily production schedules and meet required quantities
*Label, pack and store finished products according to specifications.

3. Quality Control
*Identify and report products that do not meet quality standards.
*Minimise product wastage and production errors.
*Maintain proper batch and production records where required.

4. Food Safety & Hygiene
*Maintain good personal hygiene and proper food-handling practices.
*Clean and sanitise workstations, utensils, equipment and production areas.

5. Inventory & Ingredients
Check and prepare ingredients required for production.
Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
Inform the supervisor of low-stock, damaged or unsuitable ingredients.

6. Teamwork & Operations
Work closely with other team members to meet production targets.
Support peak-period, seasonal and new-product productio

Requirements:

*Experience in bread, pastry or cake production is an advantage.
*Able to work in a fast-paced central-kitchen environment.
*Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
*Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
*Team player with good discipline and attention to detail.
