Responsibilities:
- Serve customer and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure food preparation and cooking are carried out according to company standards
- Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Assist with serving food and beverages
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations
- Handle and resolve kitchen-related issues when required
- Assist with daily operations and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in F&B Services
- At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage services
- Great communication skills
- Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays.
