A well-established engineering solutions provider in Singapore is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking long-term career stability within the engineering industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Department to support daily sales operations
- Handle customer enquiries via phone calls and email correspondence
- Submit quotations according to company procedures and documentation requirements
- Follow up on quotations, customer feedback, and project updates
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and support
- Assist in resolving customer issues and operational matters
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the operations team
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Diploma qualification preferred
- Experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Customer Service will be advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Preferably possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
- Male candidates preferred due to operational requirements
