Engineering role with strong client & stakeholder management exposure
Oversee system performance, compliance & service delivery
Be the key point of contact to resolve system and operational issues

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery, performance and lifecycle management of systems deployed to clients.
Act as a key point of contact between clients, vendors and internal engineering/support teams.
Monitor system performance, KPIs and SLAs to ensure service requirements are met.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, policies, directives and quality requirements.
Support asset, maintenance and lifecycle management, including hardware, software, spares and obsolescence.
Coordinate cybersecurity requirements, including vulnerability tracking, mitigation and patch management.
Support project activities including planning, resource coordination, progress monitoring and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline with less than 3 years of relevant experience
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of system management, governance, compliance and service delivery.
Able to manage issues independently and coordinate effectively with multiple parties.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
