💼 Full-Time Position
Seoul Tofu is opening a new outlet at Tanglin Mall!
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Assistant Manager to join our opening team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced F&B environment and have a passion for providing great customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily outlet operations
• Lead and supervise FOH service staff during shifts
• Ensure smooth service operations and good customer experience
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment
• Train and guide new team members
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene and service standards are maintained
• Support opening and closing procedures, stock checks and daily operational duties
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety requirements
Requirements
• Previous F&B experience preferred
• Supervisory or team leader experience will be an advantage
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Responsible, hands-on and able to work well with a team
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Candidates with strong F&B experience who are ready to step up into a supervisory role are also welcome to apply
