Working Hours
- AM Shift: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- PM Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: $1,300/month
- Housing Allowance: $350/month for employees staying in Singapore
- Daily Allowance: $7/day
- PM Shift Allowance: $12/day
- AWS + Performance Bonus
- Annual Leave: 10 days, with +1 day after 3 years and another +1 day after 5 years, capped at 14 days
Job Responsibilities
Machine Operation
- Set up and operate rubber processing and machining equipment such as milling, cutting and extrusion machines according to production schedules.
- Monitor machine parameters and production cycles to ensure consistent production output.
- Perform routine machine checks and minor adjustments during production.
Quality Assurance
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Follow quality control procedures and record inspection results.
- Report non-conformities and assist with basic root cause analysis.
Maintenance & Safety
- Conduct daily cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, including proper PPE usage and hazard reporting.
- Assist with troubleshooting and escalate mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
Production Support
- Record production data including cycle times, scrap rates and output quantities.
- Assist with material handling, including loading rubber compounds and removing finished products.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements
- No specific qualification required; relevant manufacturing or production experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing / production environment.
- Willing to work shifts according to the assigned schedule.
