As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a motivated and organised Coordinator to join its expanding team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and operational support via phone and email.
- Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation in accordance with established SOPs.
- Process invoicing upon completion and closure of shipments.
- Monitor shipments and ensure that they are cleared and delivered according to schedule.
- Coordinate with supervisors on warehouse and operational activities.
- Work closely with internal departments to fulfil orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock information is kept up to date.
- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma
- Willing to work OT if required
