We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our call center team.
You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch service and assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/ outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers in navigating respective website and online services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- To consistently meet set KPIs without compromising on quality service delivery
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping people
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
*Prior call centre experience would be an advantage
