Responsibilities

· Possess a solid understanding of cell culture theory and hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture processes, including cell expansion, cell bank establishment, shake flask cultivation, and 3–15 L bioreactor operations

· Proficient in operating and maintaining small-scale bioreactors using Delta V and related analytical equipment including Vi-cell, Cedex, BGA and Osmometer

· Perform aseptic cell culture activities, including media preparation, inoculation, passaging, sampling, and cell bank handling within BSC

· Collaborate with PD and manufacturing teams to ensure successful tech transfer

· Lead and support troubleshooting investigations related to cell culture performance, process deviations, and equipment issues

· Assist in laboratory management activities, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and ensuring laboratory readiness.

· Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with GDP and internal quality requirements.

· Draft, review, and update SOP, RA, technical documents, and related records.

· Assist in conjugation projects as required.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences or engineering, such as chemical engineering, bioengineering, biology, or pharmacy.

· Priority will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, aseptic operations, and bioreactor operation

· Strong communication, teamwork, logical thinking, and execution skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

· Familiarity with GMP requirements and documentation practices

· Excellent English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking, with strong meeting organization and document writing skills.

· Strong sense of responsibility, willingness and ability to learn, teamwork spirit, and a positive attitude.
