We are hiring PartTime at Zero Ten Park Singapore
Five hours on weekdays S$20 per hour (to Review after three months)
Zero Ten Park Singapore provides servicedo ffice and coworking solutions, primarily supporting Japanese companies and professionals. This customer-facing role supports reception, mail handling, facilities, supplies, basic accounting administration, customer follow-up, events and member communications.
The role is not limited to a fixed checklist. We welcome someone who can set priorities, respond flexibly to operational needs and proactively contribute to activities that strengthen member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome members and visitors and respond to enquiries in person, by phone and by email
· Provide first-line assistance and follow up on member requests
· Support office tours, service introductions, simple sales enquiries and events
· Receive, record, notify, release and follow up on mail and courier items
· Check, replenish and lightly clean or reset the pantry, common areas, meeting rooms, booths and printer areas
· Support basic accounting administration, including invoices, receipts, payment records and data entry
· Maintain the noticeboard and create useful member content such as event, seasonal and lunch information
· Undertake other reasonable duties required for the smooth operation of the serviced office
Requirements
· Professional working proficiency in Japanese and English for customer communication
· Hospitality, customer service, reception, hotel or serviced office experience is preferred
· Basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills
· Ability to manage deadlines accurately while handling front-desk interruptions
· Comfortable taking initiative and working in a small multicultural team
· Interest in member communications; Canva or similar experience is an advantage
