Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update real-time ground situations at all key touchpoints across terminals via CCTV in accordance with SOPs.
- Process Porter Service requests and ensure Operations Supervisor fulfills the service.
- Coordinate and support trolley, taxi, and porter operations.
- Act as liaison between Duty Manager and Duty Terminal Manager/TMC Operations during extraordinary events.
- Assist with incident/accident investigations by extracting CCTV footage.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to Duty Ops Manager as needed.
- Alert the duty supervisor on key daily events.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Trolley Operations
- Monitor supply and demand, conduct routine checks, coordinate replenishments, and update real-time trolley levels.
- Report incidents related to trolley services. In taxi operations, monitor supply and demand, activate taxi services as necessary, verify system accuracy, and manage passenger queues to ensure smooth flow.
- Plan and coordinate taxi supplies accordingly.
Periodic Duties
- Generating service utilization reports, covering supervisor and Duty Manager roles during absences, and participating in quality or operations improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, adaptability, stakeholder management, and the ability to work on shifts and obtain an Airport Pass are required.
-Work schedule is 12-hour shifts, 4 days on, 3 days off.
