We are looking for a Guest Experience Executive to join a luxury hotel team in Singapore.
If you’re warm, polished, proactive, and passionate about making guests feel genuinely valued, this could be the opportunity for you!
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Be the key point of contact for VIP, repeat, and long-stay guests.
- Welcome and engage guests, creating memorable first impressions.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service throughout their stay.
- Build strong relationships and remember guest preferences to enhance future visits.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Support guest recognition, loyalty initiatives, and special arrangements.
- Maintain a warm, polished, and welcoming lobby experience.
💫 What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Executive Lounge, or luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, confident, and naturally engaging personality.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine service mindset.
- Proactive, calm, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Comfortable interacting with VIPs and international guests.
- A team player who enjoys going the extra mile.
