✨ Test Technician / Debug Technician / Process Technician ✨
Basic $2300 - $2700 + Shift Allowances = Gross $3000+
4334 shift - Working Hour (Choose One):
AM – 7am – 7pm ( Shift Allowance $12/day)
Night – 7pm – 7am (Shift Allowance $24/night)
Location: Tampines

Test Technician Responsibilities:
- Support engineers in test activities for NPI and sustaining projects.
- Perform product testing, troubleshoot test failures, and support yield/performance improvement.
- Maintain test records, tracking systems, and documentation for analysis and reporting.
- Prepare and update Work Instructions (WIs) and ensure compliance with SOP, ISO, and ESD requirements.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and provide guidance to Material Handlers and operators.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
Debug Technician Responsibilities
- Support Debug Engineers in NPI and sustaining builds, including data collection, failure replication, and corrective actions.
- Perform system and PCBA-level troubleshooting to identify faulty components, modules, or configurations.
- Conduct authorized rework, component replacement, re-testing, and yield recovery activities.
- Maintain accurate debug records, failure codes, repair actions, and traceability in SFC/tracking systems.
- Follow WIs, SOPs, ISO, and ESD requirements and support documentation updates.
- Guide operators and Material Handlers on proper handling, configuration, and debug procedures.
