💰 Gross Salary: $2,500 – $3,200
📅 Working Days: 6 days per week, rostered off day
🌙 Working Hours: Evening / Night Shift
🎶 Environment: Restaurant + Live Music / Entertainment
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists
- Coordinate table allocation and seating arrangements
- Escort guests to their tables
- Manage guest flow during busy service periods
- Introduce promotions, events and live-music arrangements
- Attend to guest enquiries and special requests
- Coordinate closely with restaurant managers and service staff
- Assist with guest feedback and basic service recovery
- Support guest engagement during events and live performances
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in F&B, hospitality, entertainment, events or similar environment preferred
- Confident and comfortable engaging with customers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented and energetic
- Able to handle reservations, seating and guest-flow coordination
- Comfortable working evening/night shifts, weekends and public holidays
