Job Description & Requirements

Lashing Specialist is generally responsible for securing cargo safely and correctly during loading, transportation, and unloading—especially in shipping, ports, logistics, offshore, and heavy-lift operations.

Safety compliance

  • Follow company procedures, port regulations, lifting and cargo-securing standards, and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain safe working distances and control risks during lifting and lashing activities.
  • Participate in toolbox meetings and risk assessments.

Requirement:-

  • * Training Provided
  • * Mininum PSLE with English Pass
  • * 12hour shift & plan own roster
  • * Physically fit and not afraid of heights
  • * Monthly gross salary up to $4500
  • ** Joining bonus up to $10,000 (T & C apply)
  • ** Referral up to $1,500 (T& C apply)
