We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team and be part of a professional & supportive working environment. 

💰 Up to $2700/month
📍 Bedok Mall
📅 5 Days Work Week

Key Responsibilities:
✨ Attend to customer enquiries professionally
📅 Manage customer appointments
💳 Handle registrations & payments
🤝 Assist with daily outlet operations
💻 Basic Excel Knowledge, data entry and sending out reports 

Requirements:
✔️ Friendly and professional personality
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Responsible, organized and a good team player 
✔️ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
✔️Able to speak Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking customers.
