Order Fulfilment & Packing
- Process, pick, pack, and fulfil online and corporate customer orders accurately across multiple eCommerce platforms.
- Verify product SKUs, quantities, and order details before order fulfilment.
- Ensure all orders are packed according to company SOPs and packaging guidelines.
- Prepare orders for timely dispatch and delivery.
Quality Control
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment.
- Record quality control videos and capture photographs for documentation purposes when required.
- Ensure products meet the company's quality standards prior to dispatch.
