Pastry Production Crew (Central Kitchen) – 3 Pax
Permanent | Up to $2,200 + Bonus + Lunch | 6 Days
We are hiring 10 Pastry Production Crew for a central kitchen operation.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce assorted pastries and puddings
- Ensure all products are made consistently according to SOP and manuals
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment following food safety standards
- Receive, pack, and store raw ingredients and finished products at required temperatures
- Carry out basic housekeeping in the central kitchen
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months’ experience as a pastry chef / in pastry production
- Comfortable working in a cold room / chilled environment
- Open to all races, genders, and ages
- Able to attend 1 round of physical interview
Working Hours
- 6 days per week
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour meal break; public holidays included in roster)
- Permanent position
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary up to $2,200/month
- Lunch provided
- Performance bonus up to 1 month’s salary
- Salary increment based on work performance
- Paid work trip to Japan (2 weeks – 1 month) for new product launch
