Location: Tengah Plantation Plaza
Duration: 1 year, extendable/convertible
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6.00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Support projects, daily operations and key milestones
- Handle billing, payment collection and project financial tracking
- Prepare management reports and dashboards
- Analyse data and trends for operational improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams on project deliverables
- Maintain SOPs and support governance processes
- Support digital e-services, systems and process improvements
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant working experience
- Good Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills
- Experience in reporting, dashboards and data analysis
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
