Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB)
Location: Changi Business Park | Hybrid
Duration: 3–6 months, extendable
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of the Data Quality Issue Management & Resolution (DQ IMR) programme.
- Manage and track high-priority data quality issues from identification to closure.
- Perform process mapping, gap analysis and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate remediation plans and implementation.
- Engage Business, Technology, Operations and Compliance stakeholders.
- Prepare process documentation, procedures and templates.
- Conduct training and guidance for relevant CIB teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).
- Good knowledge of CIB products such as FX, Trade, Lending, Commodities, Futures or Securities Services.
- Experience in Business Analysis, project/change management and process improvement.
- Data Quality / Data Governance / remediation experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
