Job Summary
Join VITA MATERA as an R&D Lab Technician to perform practical laboratory tasks, operate machines, conduct materials testing, and support new technology development in a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Operate laboratory equipment and machines to conduct materials testing and experiments
- Prepare and handle polymer materials for research and development projects
- Record and analyze test data to support product and process improvements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and optimize testing procedures
- Learn and apply new technologies related to polymer materials and EPP development
