☑ Working Location: Kent Ridge (Walking Distance from MRT Station)
☑ Working Hour: 8.15AM – 5.15PM (Weekday only)
☑ Salary: $18.00 / Hour
☑ Ad-hoc assignment

Job Scope:

  • Welcome and assist guests, manage phone enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Issue and manage visitor access passes
  • Maintain front desk, pantry, and meeting room cleanliness, ensuring rooms are set up as needed.
  • Coordinate courier services and maintain accurate daily records.
  • Setting up of company event and liaising with contractor & catering companies

Requirement:

  • Secondary School Qualification
  • 1 Year of Front Facing Role or Receptionist
  • Prefer candidate who can work on longer terms
