HIRING: SENIOR RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE – PREMIUM TEA BOUTIQUE
Location: Changi Airport (Transit area)
Salary: Up to S$3,000/month, depending on experience
We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Retail Sales Associate to join a premium tea boutique at Changi Airport.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create a premium shopping experience for customers.
- Engage customers, understand their preferences and recommend suitable premium tea products.
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
- Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately.
- Assist with stock checking, inventory management and replenishment.
- Support and guide junior retail staff when required.
- Ensure the store operates smoothly and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Take charge of the store and manage daily operations independently when required.
Requirements
- Experience in premium or luxury retail will be an advantage.
- Previous experience working at Changi Airport or airport retail environment is highly preferred.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a confident and professional personality.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of store operations when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
