Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, handle inquiries efficiently, and contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Job Description:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders, refunds, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotional offers
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Job Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
