Warehouse/Logistics Assistant📦📦 (West/up to $4000/MNC) - TCJ🔥
Job Summary:
💰 Basic Salary: up to $3,500
✨ AWS + up to 3 Months Variable Bonuses
📍 Location: West
📅 Working Days: Monday - Friday, Half Saturday
🕒 Working Hours: Office Hour, Staggered Shift
Public Healthcare Institution (Stable Career)
Job Scope:
- Clean pharmacy counters, tables, cashier counters, display shelves etc daily.
- Perform general housekeeping activities in the pharmacy (e.g. clearing carton boxes).
- Receive and check goods delivered.
- Distribute pharmaceutical items to various sections, nursing stations etc and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
- Check and monitor inventory level and inform supervisor of items that have discrepancies in quantity, and initiate re-ordering of items that have reached re-order levels
- Top up stocks on a first-expiry-first-out basis. Perform regular checks to ensure stocks are in good condition and there are no expired or deteriorated stocks. Record and dispose expired and deteriorated drugs after authorisation.
- Ensure proper procedures for return of goods from clinics and to vendors.
- Ensure all stocks are kept under appropriate storage conditions and make sure storage areas are kept clean, neat and tidy at all times.
- Update all stocks supplied and receipt in documents and SAP.
- Assist in cycle count and stock-take preparations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
