Entry Level Desktop Support Engineer | Immediate Hiring
Key Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of client platform-related issues.
- Provide Level 1–2 onsite technical support to end users.
- Respond promptly to incidents, conduct investigations, and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions for escalated incidents.
- Provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform service requests related to client platforms.
- Monitor agreed service levels, document and maintain system configurations, and provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
- Manage client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned that are relevant to the scope of work.
Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC in IT or relevant technical discipline
- Knowledge of hardware (chipsets, memory, peripherals), OS, and remote connection tools
Healthcare Compliance: Comfortable working in a hospital environment. This role will require you to take the necessary vaccines
