Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers, introduce desserts & drinks, handle enquiries and deliver quality service.
- Prepare desserts, beverages & light snacks per SOP; plate and pack items to ensure consistent quality & efficiency.
- Operate POS for dine‑in, takeaway & online orders; process payments and complete daily account checking.
- Maintain cleanliness of counter, dining area and equipment; follow Singapore food‑hygiene sanitization standards.
- Check raw‑material & packaging stock, restock, log inventory and perform regular stocktake to prevent shortage and waste.
- Follow store rosters; support peak periods, new‑product launches and promotions, work with team for daily store operations.
Job Requirements
- No minimum education; minimum 1‑year relevant experience. Full training provided.
- Basic English‑Chinese communication for local customers.
- Hard‑working, service‑focused and responsible; accept shifts, weekends & public holidays.
- Positive attitude, stable and long‑term oriented.
