Company Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide an authentic Korean dining experience.
- Work closely with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare, cook, and present food according to approved recipes and quality standards
- Conduct pre-cooking checks and ensure raw materials meet food safety requirements
- Portion, plate, pack, and provide quality service during serving
- Supervise kitchen assistants and guide food preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations, adhering to hygiene and food safety SOPs
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by being open to learning, improving processes, and supporting continuous kitchen improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Positive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
- Able to stand for long hours.
Qualifications
- Food Safety Course Level 1 certification preferred (or willing to obtain).
- Singaporeans, PRs, and eligible job seekers are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably with kitchen or F&B experience
- Comfortable with cutting, chopping, frying and basic cooking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, organised and attentive to cleanliness
- Willing to learn and follow kitchen procedures
Benefits
- Salary: S$2,300 – S$3,000 per month (depending on experience)
