Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and support the cooking process in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Carry out basic culinary operations and food preparation duties.
- Prepare and maintain daily mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the kitchen and all related areas.
- Support stock control, including proper storage and inventory handling.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient and timely service.
Requirements
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Certificate in Culinary Skills or related qualification is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
