Check and arrange all in-stock items received from suppliers.

Filter and prepare the cooking oil for use.

Switch on and preheat all required equipment.
开启并预热所有需要使用的设备。
Boil water and ensure sufficient hot water is available.
烧开水，并确保有足够的热水供应。
Prepare products in bulk, including deep-fried, blanched, and pan-fried items.
大量准备各类产品，包括油炸、焯水及煎制食品。
Prepare Mee Sua and rice.
准备面线和米饭。
Prepare and replenish condiments and toppings, such as:

- Spring onions — 葱花
- Coriander — 香菜
- Pickled cucumber — 腌黄瓜
- Various sauces — 各类酱料

Wipe down and clean the front counter area.

Check all signs and lighting to ensure they are working properly.

Assist with cashier duties when required.
