主要职责 | Key Responsibilities
- 编写及维护测试流程、检验记录及相关文件 | Prepare and maintain test procedures, inspection records, and documentation
- 负责电子元器件外观检验、真伪鉴定及质量验证 | Perform visual inspection, authenticity verification, and quality verification of electronic components
- 操作实验室设备进行测试，如 X-Ray、XRF、显微镜、开盖分析及 C-SAM | Operate testing equipment including X-Ray, XRF, Microscopy, Decapsulation, and C-SAM
- 编写测试报告，确保符合客户要求及行业标准 | Prepare test reports in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards
- 协助设备校准、ISO 17025 体系维护及客户审核 | Support equipment calibration, ISO 17025 compliance, and customer audits
- 跟进测试进度并向管理层汇报异常情况 | Monitor testing progress and report abnormalities to management
- 支持实验室日常运作及持续改善工作 | Support daily laboratory operations and continuous improvement initiatives
任职要求 | Requirements
- 仅限新加坡永久居民申请 | Singapore Permanent Residents only
- 电子工程、电子技术或相关专业优先 | Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering or related disciplines preferred
- 良好的沟通、分析及问题解决能力 | Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- 注重细节，具组织能力，并能适应快节奏工作环境 | Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- 熟悉电子元器件、ESD 控制或 ISO 17025 体系者优先 | Knowledge of electronics, ESD control, or ISO 17025 is an advantage
- 具备基本英语及中文沟通能力 | Functional English and Chinese communication skills required
