Basic Salary: $1450 – $1600
Night Shift Allowance: $100
Performance Incentive: $500

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and counter operations.
Process and fulfil customer orders accurately using the WMS.
Coordinate with merchants and runners for timely order fulfilment.
Perform inventory checks, stock counts and maintain accurate records.
Assist with Changi Rewards enquiries, redemptions and promotional campaigns.
Pick, pack, transfer and deliver items within airport terminals.
Ensure orders are accurate and conduct quality checks.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the counter and backroom.
Follow company SOPs and service standards.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
