Job Scope: COOK
- Prepare and cook Western and local Chinese dishes according to the café menu.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
- Perform daily food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
- Manage ingredients and minimise food wastage.
- Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organised.
- Assist with stock checking and other kitchen duties when required.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth café operations.
Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience in a café, restaurant, or similar establishment.
- Able to prepare both Western and local Chinese cuisine.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
