Job Summary
Support event operations and promotional activities while gaining practical experience in event coordination, marketing and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and coordination of promotional events
- Support event setup, registration and on-site operations
- Help coordinate materials and resources for event activities
- Assist with promotional activities and brand presentations
- Interact with event attendees and provide relevant information
- Record event feedback and assist with post-event activities
- Coordinate with team members during event days
- Participate in training and team briefings
Requirements
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome
- Comfortable working at events and interacting with people
- Able to work collaboratively with different team members
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Previous event experience is not required
