About the Role

The Braces Practice Bedok/ Holland Village / Bukit Timah is seeking dedicated Receptionists / Customer Service to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and orthodontists in providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities

Manage face-to-face, telephone and WhatsApp enquiries on booking, payment and services in a professional manner.
Inventory, stocktaking and procurement of supplies and equipment.
Recommend and educate patients on our services.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma.
Good interpersonal skills and eye for detail.
No experience needed, on-job training provided.

Frequently, patients require other pre and post-braces dental treatment such as teeth extractions, fillings, implants, cleaning and whitening services. As a full service dental clinic, we do offer a full range of general dental services so as to provide comprehensive dental care to all our patients.
