Job Responsibilities:
To serve packed medications, perform nursing procedures and monitor patients’ conditions diligently.
To maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, reports and care plans.
To assist residents in their activities of daily living and ensure safety of residents at all times
Perform infection control and keep environment clean and free from clutter.
To supervise the Health Care Assistants in their daily work.
Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- NITEC in Nursing
- Minimum 1 years of nursing experience in the community care sector
- Must be currently registered as Enrolled Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- Able to work independently
- Possess excellent communication skills when engaging the elderly
- A positive team player
- Able to work 2 shifts (7 am to 7pm & 7pm to 7am), 4 days work week.
