💰 JOB DETAILS
💵 Pay: $12/hour
📅 Job Type: Part-Time
🚢 Start Date: Mid–End October 2026
🕐 Working Hours: Shift-based
🕐 SHIFT OPTIONS
☀️ Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
🌤️ Mid-Morning: 9:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO
🧾 Check in passengers and verify travel documents
🎫 Print boarding passes and luggage tags
👥 Manage queues and assist with the check-in process
🗺️ Provide directions and answer general passenger enquiries
🌏 Interact with travellers from different countries
😊 Provide friendly and professional customer service
👔 DRESS CODE
👕 Top: White long-sleeve collared button-up shirt
🖤 Bottoms: Black formal pants
👞 Shoes: Black formal shoes or flats
⭐ WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
😊 Friendly, confident and approachable
🗣️ Comfortable communicating with international travellers
💼 Customer service experience is an advantage
🚢 Experience in cruise, airport, hotel or retail is a plus
📅 Able to work weekends & public holidays
⏰ Punctual, responsible and willing to learn
