Job Description & Requirements
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours : 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Job duties
- Supervise and oversee daily mail room operations
- Supervise mailroom staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails, parcels, and documents
- Coordinate tasks and work schedules for mail room staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office
- Handle enquiries and provide customer service support
- Ensure compliance with project and operational requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma holder
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Able to supervise and coordinate daily mail room operations
