📄 Employment Type: 2-Year Renewable Contract
💰 Salary: SGD $2,200 – $2,400
🕒 Working Hours
Option 1
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Excluding Public Holidays
OR
Option 2 (Shift Schedule)
- Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Monday – Saturday)
- Shift schedule will be assigned by the company.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Contact Centre/Customer Service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries efficiently
- Confident in handling difficult customer situations professionally
- Able to draft clear and professional email responses
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) for report generation
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
