Location: Islandwide
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week 44 Hours
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations and purchases
- Handle customer information, work orders and payment transactions
- Support stock receiving, inventory control and replenishment
- Maintain a clean, organised and attractive store environment
- Work with the team to achieve sales and service targets
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail, sales or customer service experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Sales-driven and comfortable interacting with customers
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
