💰 Salary: $2,100–$2,400/month
📅 Contract: 3–6 months, with potential extension
📍 Choose Your Preferred Area
- Central/South: Toa Payoh, Serangoon, Tiong Bahru
- East: Bedok, Tampines, Pasir Ris
- North: Woodlands, Bukit Panjang
- West: Jurong East, Holland Village
🕘 Working Hours
- Most branches: Monday–Friday, 11am–6.30pm; Saturday, 11am–2pm
- Selected branches: Monday–Friday, 9.30am–5pm; Saturday, 9.30am–1.30pm
- Exact schedule depends on the assigned branch
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and identify their banking needs
- Guide customers in using self-service machines, internet banking and mobile banking applications
- Encourage customers to use convenient digital banking services
- Record customers’ branch-visiting needs using a simple checklist
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level qualification
- Approachable and comfortable speaking with customers
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Comfortable guiding customers on digital platforms
