Health & Beauty Retail Associate (Up to $3250/ Good Incentives + Bonuses)
Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $2600 - $3000
- Working hours: 6 days work week (Retail hours)
- Working Location: Island-wide
- AWS + Variable Bonus + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and demonstrate health supplements to walk-in customers at retail outlets, pharmacies or roadshows
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage
- Provide basic health advice or product recommendations according to customer needs
- Achieve daily/ weekly sales targets and track product performance
- Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked and in line with branding guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service
- Collect customer feedback and report to the sales or marketing team
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or product launches as required
