Job Description:
- Assist in the daily store operations, including sales, merchandise display, cashiering, customer service, gift-wrapping, orders packing, safety and upkeep of store.
- Assist in maintaining a well-stocked and neat store appearance.
- Assist customer with product choices, promoting products, selling and upselling products, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Understanding, implementing, and advising customers on current promotions and customer loyalty program.
- Act quickly to address customer concerns and provide resolutions.
- Assist customer in a smooth payment and check out process.
- Performing out-of-stock, quality, and expiry checks.
- Price tagging and ensuring price ticket accuracy.
- Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure the store’s cleanliness and tidiness.
- Support store projects, duties or tasks as required from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, fast learner and able to multi-task.
- Able to work retail shifts and late hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to commit 3 to 5 days per week.
Work Location:
You will be assigned to one of our stores at: United Square, Suntec City and Waterway Point.
