Meal and rest breaks are excluded from working hours.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities

Perform independent general air-conditioning servicing.
Carry out chemical wash and full chemical overhaul.
Dismantle, clean, and reassemble indoor air-conditioning units where required for chemical overhaul.
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs, such as resolving water leaks and replacing capacitors or simple parts.
Work mainly on wall-mounted and ceiling cassette systems in residential condominiums.
Perform refrigerant checks and R32 / R401A refrigerant top-up where required.

✅ Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in air-conditioning servicing and chemical overhaul.
Able to perform general servicing and chemical overhaul independently with basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Relevant refrigerant-handling (R32) training or certification will be an advantage.
Able to communicate in English (Korean language is not required).
Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence is a strong advantage.
