Looking for a customer service role where you can build practical experience? Join the Customer Service team of an established Singapore food manufacturing company and help keep customer orders and deliveries running smoothly.

What you’ll do
- Process daily customer orders and coordinate deliveries
- Handle returned invoices, debit notes and credit notes
- Collate invoices for timely submission
- Work with customers and internal teams to resolve enquiries
What we’re looking for
- Friendly, organized and attentive to detail
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Customer service or admin experience is an advantage
- Able to support weekends or public holidays when required
