ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Provide guests with a proper handstamp and checking handstamp for all re-entry guests. Look out for suspicious handstamp
  • Update guestlists and table reservation lists at all doors
  • Know all the covers charge pricing, name of the DJ playing for the night, credit card promotion and any latest promotion before shift
  • To assist with the customer enquiries
  • Greet guests with a smile

ROLE REQUIREMENTS 

  • Service orientated and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent guest relations and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • A team player and takes initiative
  • Well-groomed and professional disposition
